Sky Is The LimitThe sky's the limit and stepping onto a Boeing 757 is an even larger dream for some. Every day millions of people travel national and international to get from point a to point b successfully.
High Stress Job?
Many people in the United States have very high stress jobs, which demand that they are on the road a large portion of the week. This obligation creates a large sacrifice for one's' family and close friends. Mostly because their significant other or family member is not able to be contacted if they are traveling by airplane or in some ground transit as well. Numerous factors go into planning a travel agenda. AAA is a travel agency that is well known for booking common hotel rooms, car rental as well as flights and additional packages that you want. AAA is one of the largest agencies in the nation that go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the traveler within a time and cost-effective manner. In addition to using travel agencies as an outlet to plan your trips. Technology apps are another new and innovative way to plan and schedule exactly what you want to accomplish during the extent of your journey.
Apps That Help
New and upcoming apps like “Google-trips” and destination-based application are an excellent way to make everything go extremely smooth and keep you on track. It is especially important to prepare for events that you may not expect. Delayed flights, lost baggage and sickness are all very common variables that have lead many people seeking alternative plans. Saving a back-up plan on your phone just in case a mishap occurs is crucial to keeping everyone and even yourself happy in times of crisis. Thankfully, airport service is usually extremely accommodating when rescheduling flights as well as keeping their guests happy. Delta airlines carry millions of people everyday and they rank on top when touching base with each traveler to make sure that passenger’s needs are accommodated.
Perks Of Sky Miles
Frequent travelers also have many perks such as points and sky miles. Delta, United Airlines are just a few that have exceptional rewards programs to those who travel for business and frequent flyer miles rack up when your 36,000 miles high. Having access to free first-class upgrades, snacks, dinner coupons, blankets, ear buds, cocktails and of course the sky miles club are all awesome perks that everyone would be grateful to enjoy if given the time. Perks are great but before leaving home to travel keeping friends and family in the loop about where you are and when you are arriving is beneficial at any age. After landing on the tarmac, I am always one of those eager passengers to quickly check my smart device and reach out to those I love and let them know I am on the ground. Having the ability to check in with those who love you put others at ease as well.
On top of having great communication skills another check point to hit is making sure to prepare for airport security before you go through the line. It’s crucially imperative to make sure you are in check with TSA regulations so that you do not hold up the line and slow down others in the process. I am guilty of forgetting to empty my water bottle or unzip my laptop case of course. However, keeping a mental checklist is always key when arriving at the airport. Consideration for others is often over looked. It’s best to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and ask if you would like someone to hold you up if you were in a hurry? Lastly, after the packing is done, information is obtained and you can finally feel free to take on the world, don’t forget to also be courteous to those on the plane. The people serving you are giving much of their time too in-order to make sure you have a safe and happy flight. You never know when you can make someone else’s’ day by being nice. So, my rule of thumb is to smile, communicate and follow direction. Happy flying, wheels up!
